ISIS - Their crusade for cleansing

Before watching - be warned, this is a hour long footage of the ISIS movement killing people. I do not expect people to watch the whole hour, but just skipping through it is needed to give a good opinion on this.

As this is quite a sensitive subject, please refrain from racist remarks and keep the discussion clean. You can state your opinion, which may be harsh, but don't start insulting specific members of DevBest.


Personally, this really angers me. I have no words to describe this, and the comments are simply crazy. Now I know this happens all the time over the world, but it is just retarded how they justify their actions with this video.

I will add on to my opinion as the thread advances.

The UN-Securitycoucil etc. kind of annoy me, though. ISIS is executing people there, all masked, and what do they do? They restrict their funds and travel possibilities, and they aren't even sure who are a part of the terror group. Send in some damn troops, and clean house.

What even sickens me most is that some Islamic people from The Netherlands are travelling to Iraq to join ISIS. And what does our government do? Nothing at all.

Why should other countries spend their money helping a country that inevitably rebounds to extremist tactics? It's been done time and again - and failed. The Iraqi military had U.S. military equipment, and their failure to use it against ISIS opposition shows major flaws in their own government.

One of the negatives of Globalization. I admit, I find appeal to the idea of "getting everyone involved," but often times that is not possible and someone in the group is going to be the troll.
There is also a frightening appeal to quarantine -- isolating the undesirables of society and exterminating them. Of course some people could also call that 'genocide.' Most cultures have done it at some point or another (England, United States, Germany, Russia, China, Rwanda, Syria) to mixed results -- millions were killed and entire cultures lost, no one knew or cared, a country was formed, casinos were put up, a world rallied against a common enemy, there was global outcry but nothing of consequence happened...
