There are many hotels that use that type of staff page, if you are referring to how that staff page functions then it isn't really hard to implement.
You could use a $_GET so that it just uses one page or create multiple like most hotels have with the exact same content, all that you would have to do is create a dynamic content box which changes depending on which page it is and then add the selected anchor href to the content box at the right for each of the ranks.
