delete inactive accounts so usernames become free

Most users tend to leave for a while and randomly pop back in to see how things are going - I'd be pretty pissed if my account got purged. Not to mention, some of these profiles have threads/messages posted and would just be a pain in the ass removing them all, or having to find an alternative way to update them
