IIS Problems - Please Help!

Its ever since I chose windows server 2012.
Please help!

HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
File monitoring is enabled for a file which could not be found

For god damn sakes ;( I uninstalled PHP re-installed an older version then I restarted the server.

It means your installed the wrong one.. Not the wrong version. Version doesn't mean anything, you need to find the correct installment for your hardware
