IIS Localhost Error.

[Destruct]

I get this error when I go to localhost.

I have IIS installed [nothing opened after installation was finished]

I am using Navicat, and I am 100% percent sure that my information is correct.

The config.php file in the cms is correct.

Whats the problem?

404 error

/index does not exist. Should be index.php, unless you have URL Rewrite rules in your web.config file (if that's the case, then can't help without seeing those rules).
