[IIS] CGI

So I had someone say to me "Wow you can setup IIS, say bye to your website" and then all of a sudden I got an error when I reloaded and it said "CGI too many requests" or something similar. I opened my task panel and I seen that lots of CGI requests where being filled and I was hoping someone could help me fix this. I am guessing he just attacked me and flooded out this role.

Are you on Cloudflare Pro plan? Just enable WAF, I recall one of the settings stops that kind of flood.
