Icons?

Hey, I'm using windows and i need some help with icons

Im bored of the Windows icons so i downloaded a pack which is full of .ico files (The icons)
I was wondering if there's an easy way to apply all the ico files to the correct files without having to go though 1 by 1 and that is easy to revert back to the default icons
