He said 'previously', anyways I would recommend asking on O t a k u, because maybe Aaron forgot to make it so you don't need a license to run the EMU.

That would be another reason, O t a k u is still trying to recover from their loss, so they may have some problems.

Are you running anything else on port 80 like MSN or Skype?
