I can't delete this .mp4 file Please help

Hello Everyone, i had made a file on this program called Fl Studio i then saved the .mp4 onto my desktop. Wanting to delete it i tried to, but no the system wasnt responding and it ended up crashing and i had to restore my pc. Now i still cant delete it or move it. Can somebody please help me get rid of this file?

Uhh, close FL studio. Check if you actually have editing permissions in the properties. Right click >> Properties.

cant even load properties man, everytime i touch this file its like a bomb nothing happens or it crashes and i have to restore it everytime ffs.

There's no error pop-up or anything? It just freezes?

Try booting into safe mode and deleting it.

i thought of that but do files such as those show in safe mode? i'm not sure about that but i could be wrong.

I don't see why not. Safe mode is for things like that...

yeah, just freezes in the properties case it didnt freeze but it didnt even up up properties.

Run command prompt as Administrator and do

DEL /F /S /Q /A "PATH/TO/FILE.mp4"

I supposidly found a fix but i have noooooo idea what this tutorial wants me to do i am so stumpted. If anyone can help me please read this and tell me what you got from it. Because i dont know how to make a .reg file.
