I Can Connect To My Hotel Website But Other People Cant Any Help Please?

Well when ever i try to connect to my website i can but when my friend tries it takes her to a white page saying:
Google Chrome Could Not connect to (my website)

3306 is for MySQL. If you intend to access your database on a separate computer with a separate Internet connection (using IIS and not Xampp) then you can open that port but if you are not going to use it then simply leave it closed.

And the MUS ports common emulators listen are 30001 and 30000 (MUS).
