When i look at db Users Passes Are Sensored like c84783nf7chj Or Something
I Use RevCMS + Phoenix + IIS + NaviCat
How do i view their actual PW?

My very important passwords use alphanumeric + symbols + capitals. Crack that? Impossible.

I don't understand why you would need others passwords, like someone else said on the first page, the password could be the password for a social networking site.. All you would need is there (real) email, then there account is yours.
