how to make random vip users only show...

Mine had anyone with the rank less than 3, seeing as vip usually comes with rank 2 aswell as vip, for a special catalogue

I have 3 different vips Silver, Gold and Diamond.

well change the rank to the lowest staff rank where it says

AND rank < '3'
