How to make and sell VPS

Hello, guy's I was wondering how you make a VPS. I heard you make one by download/having VMWare etc, but I want to hear it from people on Devbest, so if you know please reply.

No, you don't do it by downloading VMWare. You need a dedicated server, experience, and knowledge. You have neither. Don't even try to make your own VPS, let alone selling one.

No, like RobinHoods says, you can't downloading it by using VMware.. You must have a Dedicated server.
