How can I fix the IIS Glitch that makes users disconnect after adding another user?

IIS Glitch??? Dafuq.. You probably set it up wrong???

Better try your server on xampp or wampserver first, if it works then you failed IIS and you gotta reinstall.

Lmfao ? I never failed with IIS never ever ever I never tried solving this myself I have always had a person do it for me but I found out the issue class.core then you set login timestamp then solved.

Nice, never knew there was a glitch.. setted it up 30000 times not once a glitch

Man ya probably don't even know what i'm talking about with this and I have solved it myself thanks for trying to help me btw.
