Ok is very simple and easy if you follow the steps(also works for any car that doesn't has a tracker on)
1. Buy a tank and call Pegasus(must be level 70)
2. Get in the tank and go to the closest circle job(race,parachute,ect...
3. You must be in inside the circle with the tank and a text on the left coner will pop up
4. Get out of the tank with your character in the circle and the mission will start
5. Now select Host and then press B to leave the session
6. Your tank may not be there but in the side of the street get on your tank again and repeat step 2,3,4,5 again in the same circle job you were
7. Now when you leave the job your tank will be in front of you and a extra tank in the street or next to you and keep repeating step 2,3,4,5 with the tank in front of you to get more tanks for your friends or all players
8. If you want a jet steal one from the millitary base and get to a circle job(recommend the desert or airport)and land and stop in side the circle get out with your character inside the circle job and the mission will start and repeat steps 2,3,4,5 and more jets will spawn around you.
Tips: people will steal your tanks and works mostly on any circle job.
Warning: this will cause you to be a bad sport easily for your friends and you by destroying people personal cars lol
