Depends what emu, however this is changeable on your external variables.

pictures can be changed via your c_images just override the image with something else - all the text is in external_variables, just search for a line of it and it should come up

Search for the text in external_flash_texts, the thing should say something_something=BACK: whatever the = is, search for the name in your external_variables, you can change the image there i believe, and the button actions aswell.
