How to add commands to swiftEMU

How would I add commands to SwiftEMU

For instance, if I want to add an

:arrest <username> <minutes>

This command will send the user to a specific room, basically meaning they are gonna get sent to a room for a number amount of minutes


Any ideas?

Or just tell me, how to add commands to swiftEMU
