There should be an option in the table catalog_pages in your DB.

There should be. Are you using phoenix or another emu?

Then go to your database, then into catalogue_pages, there should be a query called something like minimum rank or something. Don't know exactly, haven't used phoenix in ages.

Can't find out what you're doing without trying.

Go to your database > catalog_pages > find the name of the page you want > mark your location, then scroll over to find min_rank > change the number to the desired rank number.

You can find the number of the ranks in order in the 'ranks' table.
