Don't enable EXPO yet and certainly make sure your BIOS is updated to the latest (but not BETA if you're on ASUS mobo) because there's currently an ongoing issue with this CPU getting overvolted and burning up.

Ah, I'll take it off then - yeah I'm Gigabyte x670E Aorus Master, luckily I watch enough of Steve / GamersNexus to be up to date w/ the Asus situation. I'm on F9 Bios atm I've seen a few issues w/ the F10d Bios on Reddit, so I was planning on waiting it on, just unsure.

Yeah they all rushed a bunch of bios updates out to try and get ahead of the problem but that makes me even more worried about the quality of said updates so it's easier to just reduce performance in the mean time while saving your CPU from an explosive mishap. Not that you'll notice the performance difference, 5fps isn't much when you're cranking out 150+
