How do I make a Phoenix rank?

Hey Ho sexy people (Inc. Rasta ofc),

I am attempting to make a few extra ranks for my retro. I put settings in both ranks and permissions_ranks but then the emulator throws an exception, -cryz.

How to actually make a custom rank plspls?

You make the rank, Then Permissions_rank, then reload EMU. Thats all i can say :3

edit- Or if you have the permission on your current rank do the :update_perrmissions

Did you make the ranks in 'ranks' table, rather than just 'permission_ranks'? don't know if it matters but eh.
