phpretro on a site?
i am looking but they say everytime no-ip.com but i don't wanna use that

Please does anybody know how i can do that?

can i do it on webs.com?

i want to do it completly free

you can't unless you are willing to pay for it. Webs don't offer PHP in their free hosting packages. It's REALLY expensive to use their bought hosting packages too so i wouldn't recommend you to use it for anything PHP related.

its better to find a free php and mysql host but they dont accept advanced scripts like phpretro. you will have to make an oldskool if you want and retro without paying

as HoloCMS also requires PHP it won't work at webs. As ole said, find a free webhost that supports PHP and MySQL and you'll be fine if they let you connect your server to it.

lol, just make a mysql db and setup the phpfiles via and FTP server or webuploader

XD you can't host on webs but you can use dreamwaver for make the layout better and FTP for set it online emulator must you add on FTP to but then choose autorun c:\ or else it don't works
