Since this is the place where "the community comes together", I believe there should be a new (temp) upgrade and the proceeds should be donated to a charity to help with the hurricane relief.

What price is the Christmas upgrade? I'd go with that, or like $5.

I'd say go for $5, that adds up nicely but is also affordable for most people.
