Hotel Client Disconnection

My hotel works on my VPS server on google chrome.
As soon as I go on my desktop to Internet Explorer, i get a disconnection. I have had other users test out and they get disconnections too.
Any help or thoughts?

The problem is your using Internet Explorer

In all seriousness, I don't know what the issue is, but I do know a workaround; you could make the client.php redirect users to a different page saying IE is not supported and to try a different browser.
