I find it quite bullshit that if your associated with a retro, your automatically excluded from applying. All a habbo retro is something to add to your experience portfolio, it doesn't make you less-experienced or applicable. I mean, I still do back-end coding, and occasionally front-end development for retros, and I'm pretty sure that I have a fair amount of experience over somebody who may not work with retros. Anyways, there isn't even any information on your company - or even what you're looking for. So, who's the less-experienced here?

Have you already decided on the market you're aiming for? (gaming, website hosting, dedicated servers etc.) If so, is this a funding issue?
