hmm, navicat error.

I have a navicat error, when i try to connect to my connection "hotel" for my habbo retro

it says the following:

1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost'(Using password: YES)

Help would be greatly appreciated

Is 'mysqld.exe' running? And is MySQL installed?

If so, are you entering the correct password into navicat? (Did you set a password?)

You are either giving it the wrong username/password or there is no username/password set in navicat.
Edit: Didn't see Sledmore's reply, lol.

I was entering my old password, sledmore close this please, I'm a noob lmao.
