When and why was High End Roleplay started?
High End was started around January 2012, the idea was first brought up around September 2011 when I (myself) and A friend were just talking about creating a server as the server we were playing on a server which had issues with the players & server owner/s, but we never went ahead of it, then the firend left and I was talking to Adam about it and he had some money for a domain and he still had is hosting account on a host we used, so we started to host random scripts until Adam got one, this script was a buggy and he hired a scripter to script, while the scripter was converting the script registration, he also helped Riddy out in scripting the gamemode, and since the MySQL conversion, Riddy has been adding/removing stuff.

Current features:
- House system
- Business system
- Whole faction system = LSPD, FBI [DISABLED], Sheriff [DISABLED], LSMD, San News, Taxi Company
- Vehicle system - You gotta buy your own faction vehicles (LSPD & Taxi).
- Etcetra...
- Television - You'll be able to watch the news in a cameramans view.
- and any other suggestions made
Meanwhile the server is up and running, I've got a friend (being kikito) creating a site design & UCP for me.
