High CPU Usage on Chrome

Any idea as to why this is? I don't have many chrome extensions installed and adblocker is not running on devbest.com.

I assume that you're on a page with the shoutbox loaded. The reason the CPU is high, compared to all the other ones is because the shoutbox is constantly doing something (looking for updates, formatting shouts, etc). However, that is not your computer's overall CPU (AFAIK).
