So my website is and is going to have multiple purposes but I am using IIS & cannot afford https: (AKA SSL) and would like to know how I can make it so that my self signed certificate does not bring up ("This site is not secure, bleh bleh") when someone visits. it with https://

Or just use CloudFlare's free SSL, which encrypts the traffic from the client to them, and is unencrypted to your server.
Ew, Flexible SSL up my ass. A SSL only cost $3 first year at Namecheap, and if you dont want to register a domain there's other shops offering Rapid SSLs for around $6.
If you want a free one as Josh suggested, Let's Encrypt is definitely the answer.
