please help I keep getting this error. Anyone think they can help!

I know its not big but it says:

phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in your configuration and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server.

Copy your phpMyAdmin folder from C:\Xampp\ into htdocs and rename it to something like super_adminpanel or some crap and restart your mysql in xampp.
