Request Help with room ads.

I know this might sound dumb but I really don't care, if you can help that'd be great if not there's really no point replying to the thread being honest.

I want to create room ads well start and hopefully get better in the future, check the images below for more detail in what i'm on about.

So basically I want to know what software or how you even begin to do this, any advice?
