Help with RDC ( remote desktop connection )

Hia first of all my vps wont connect to Remote Desktop connection, Many and i mean many have tried...... and all i want to know is why hasn't it connected!? i sent an email to them and they haven't replied i'v tried anything please some 1 answer......

Connect to it using VNC, assuming you have SolusVM and right click My Computer and click enable remote desktop.

Are you sure it's a Windows VPS and not a Linux VPS?

If you've done all of the above, I would either

1. Demand a refund unless they help you
2. Find someone who can connect through VNC and who can enable RDC for you
