Help with PHPretro install error

Hi guys, I was going to test using V26 RP to see if I can still do so but seems PHPretro is broken or something, I don't know.

I get the error:

I do not know how to fix this but it is stopping me from installing the retro, or if I should use holoCMS instead of that to get around it, please lmk.

yeah i think its just the cms. you should get a diff copy.
