[HELP] Visual Studio Error

Hello,

I installed Visual Studio for C# awhile ago, didn't really use it much. The problem is, when I try to enter it, I get this error.

Can someone please tell me what this is, or how to fix it? I really need Visual Studio so I can start coding my emulator.

Re-install the newest version

Sounds like a bad installation, either re install or try downloading the .net framework
