Help setting up the VPS!

Can someone explain to me how to set up the VPS to my Habbo retro, I'm new to setting up VPS's for retro's and need each field explained..?

Find a pvs provider, buy a vps.

Do you know what a vps is?

Virtual private server, yes. I've found the provider, I'll post you the link, then can you tell me how it's set up, Idk what is meant by 'Extra IP's' or 'Operating system'
