[HELP] RevCMS - IIS Error (URL Rewrite)

I am getting the well-known error everyone gets when setting up Rev.
I did all the basic work, Emu is already fully config and working, I have Helicon I have URL Rewrite, I have PHP, I have the latest web.config and its still giving me the same issue.
Server Error
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

The main issue is the web.config so idek

I have the latest web.config - So I decided to re-install IIS all over and now I am geeting a "404" Error instead of the "500" error I was getting before.
