[Help] R63B Housekeeping Page Not Load?

Hello, I am currently running a R63B Hotel and I have been having issues with my housekeeping I cant seem to log in
There is no Housekeeping tab (which can be fixed no worries) but when I go to the housekeeping link it takes me to (MywebsiteURL)/stafflogin/login and the page is blank here is a picture

Any Suggestions? how to fix this I don't understand why its a blank page and why its not working.
note: if this thread has already been made can you inbox me the thread and not bash me for remaking it lmfao

Then in this case, must be ase/index.php?url=index then if you have a ase folder in your wwwroot/htdocs folder.

Its still not working I don't know what the issue is it redirects me to a /stafflogin/index.php but then its empty like blank page nothing on it

Ive had this exact same housekeeping, it will not work without helicon ape.

I'm having exactly the same issue as this. Perhaps it's because I copied the 'ase' folder from a different set of htdocs I downloaded? I double checked the ase files and they seem to link up fine with the files but I still get a blank page. Is this a database issue?

do you use XAMPP ore IIS? becouse i think that the housekeeping only works with IIS
