[HELP] R63B Hotel

So I recently have decided to make a r63b retro.

But I have run into some problems. Before I get into that, let me tell you what I am using.

CMS: RevCMS 1.9.9.9
Emulator: BcStorm [Leon Edition]
SWFs: PlusSWFs r63b (Plus Hotel?)

I got all of those resources listed above from a r63b tutorial. The emulator works fine and so does the CMS. But when I load up the client I get a cut off screen and the client loads, then reaches 100%, then I get some RevCMS error page.

Here is what I mean:

I am running it on localhost and I am pretty sure I have everything setup correctly. But I will post my configs here so you can see them.
