[HELP] PHX Problem...

Ever since the reset of Otaku, i tried to add a PHX onto my habbo retro and it wont work.

*I dont want it cracked*

*Version 3*

Either its the database or the actual EMU, if u could link with a working PHX emu below it would be great.
