It's your xampp, Try xampp 1.7.1

Add this:

error_reporting(0);

to core.php

Use this, its xampp 1.7.3, i've had this problem, and xampp fixed it.

The code I posted above will work fine, the reason is that the newer versions of Xampp shows PHP errors that it didn't show when PHPRetro was coded, the errors will not harm performance so hiding them works just fine. ;]

It obv isent the cron it's or youre xampp or not all of you're files got added to youre htdosc
