It's not hard ._. just go to where you bought phoenix and navigate to the forum, and then click download phoenix 3.11.0 then WOLAH you have the requirements.

If you aren't using cracked software, it well not be hard to find it.

Where you downloaded phoenix, the requirements are rate in that thread.

Its a licensed phoenix but i could not find the thread and i have downloaded a phx 3.11.0 from a released non-cracked phoenix released on another forum.

Shit got another problem, when i enter client it picks up my connection and drops it twice and then my screen takes me back to the me page. What could be the cause of this?

It could be alot of things honestly, try this :
Go into your database then server_settings and disable secure_settings.

Check your SWFS and config and make sure everything is correct. And make sure all you have the correct IP's in your EMU and CMS config.
