[Help] Phoenix 3.11.0 Users cant connect! [Help]

Ive made a habbo retro thats r63 and phoenix 3.11.0
I decided to switch from phoenix 3.7.1 to phoenix 3.11.0
Everything ran smoothly and the client worked, but others cant connect. I updated the database to the 3.11.0, and thats all I did.
I have configured the config file for the emu correctly.
The hotel worked fine for other people when I was using phx 3.7.1, but when I changed it over it only works for me.
Can anyone help? Heres my config :

I said this already, everything was fine until I switched it over so its not the variables since I didnt touch them. The emu doesnt show any connections but ive set everything up correctly
