Help on fixing XAMPP

Hi,

I just recently restarted my VPS to let something install and I go on XAMPP and I run Apache and it turns itself off and MySQL doesn't even start? And when it does, it does the same as apache,

Can someone help me please?

Usually the problem to this is because something else is using the port the service is using.
My suggestion if you're using a VPS is to use IIS

if your using a VPS definitely use IIS 7 or 8
