[HELP] Never seen this before [HELP]

I am using RevCMS, Mango Theme. I tried to register my account afterwards I get these two errors which I have never seen before.

The first one:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\xampp\htdocs\app\class.users.php on line 477

The Second one:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\app\class.users.php:477) in C:\xampp\htdocs\app\class.users.php on line 231

Does anyone know a fix to this?
