[HELP] MOD and TMOD Can rank user [Help]

I dont know how to do this
but i know MOD and TMOD can rank people,
i need you to disable hk rights

What cms are you using, also help isn't allowed outside of DevBest. (read the rules)

Lepos is right. You need to load up Navicat > Rank_Permissions > and find it in there.
