Help me setup phoenix cms on my vps for paypal money :)

Okay guys i just need someone that will setup my PhoenixCMS on my vps so that it all work as it wont let me do it as im probably doing something wrong i have set it up on my CPU and it works fine now when i try on the VPS it doesnt work for me anyone willing to do this for me i will pay some money on paypal
