Yes, I am using RevCMS and i took out Webdav is there anything alt's that i can do to secure it?

Not at all , Xampp has webdav which allow hackers to deface your webpage and upload any sort of shells / files.

Just delete the webdav folder in the main folder for XAMPP, not that hard.
