[Help] IIS 7.5 Problems..

Hey,

I am having IIS 7.5 problems while installing a retro on my VPS.
I have it all installed exactly as this tutorial says :

You must be registered for see links

Only problem is, when I want to access the retro, I get this:

And that's by going to

You must be registered for see links

while on the VPS.

When I just go to

You must be registered for see links

Hotels Url)/index.php/ I just get a plain and simple 403 or 505 page.

Please help me fix this?
