I'm pretty sure that is not part of the habbo.swf, that is html/css

This doesn't go into the swf, as Jay said it's our websocket UI's and while you can rip the style the functionality needs coding.

I believe there is a RP release called BobbaRP that has a working websocket, at best you could rip our styling and apply it to the BobbaRP release I guess?
