[Help] How to fix "Cannot connect to minecraft.net"

Hey Devbest! So, i was logged into minecraft this morning and it was working fine, i tried to sign in with my normal account and it didn't work, it comes up with an error like the following! "Cannot Connect To Minecraft.net!" I use the minecraft launcher! Can someone please help me, thanks!

Minecraft servers are down you have to wait..

Thanks, But when i clicked play offline i went to servers and there are people playing on premium server? I'm confused?

Yeah the people who were online earlier can play I believe. So if you were on a premium server you can get on if you wernt you cant.
