[HELP] How to create a Retro on a VPS [HELP]

What exactly do you need help on? Setting up a retro on a VPS is the same process as setting it up on a normal computer. If you do not know how to set up a normal retro, I suggest reading a tutorial in the tutorials section.

So with the xampp and everything? In that case for the IP do I use the VPS's IP?

Exactly. If you were to use XAMPP, you would do everything exactly the same as on a PC. You do use the VPS IP for everything.
